The Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center for Industrial Vision Control Terminals (hereinafter referred to as “the Center”) is a provincial-level research institution accredited by the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province. Affiliated with the ELSKY R&D Center, it is located in Nanwan Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen.
The Center integrates electronic technology, embedded systems, computer software, and industrial/structural design. It houses five specialized laboratories: Industrial Vision Debugging, Cloud Functionality & Performance, Vision Control Terminal, Industrial Control Electronics Debugging, and All-Weather Stability Testing.
The Center is led by Mr. Zhong Huang—Chairman of ELSKY and a member of the Ministry of Education’s National Employment Steering Committee—serving as its Director. It continuously recruits senior professors in electronics, computer science, and artificial intelligence as technical consultants and has built a robust research team comprising personnel with bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees; all research and laboratory staff hold at least a bachelor’s degree. Furthermore, the Center has invested over RMB 5 million in advanced precision testing equipment and instrumentation to ensure the efficiency of development experiments and product compatibility testing.
Since its establishment, the Center has actively developed and accumulated intellectual property. It has filed applications for over 20 invention patents (with 12 granted and 2 PCT international patents), more than 30 utility model patents (with 21 granted), and has secured 24 software copyright registrations. These intellectual property assets are efficiently commercialized and fully integrated into Yansheng Xinkong’s product solution series, effectively combining industry, academia, research, and application.
